The media could not be loaded. I’ve been wanting the Coach Empire 28 in merlot ever since the first merlot bag was dropped. The bag arrived factory wrapped and in perfect condition. It is the soft, Genuine Full Grain Leather and the quality is impeccable. It’s an absolute beauty, the size is perfect for everyday, it holds all of my essentials and some extras. The color is subtly burnished, but not as dramatic as the 40 and 48 sizes. Note that Amazon has combined reviews that include a version with the middle compartment. For the Empire collection, depending on the size and color, the type of leather could be different (glovetanned leather vs full grain leather) and the design could be different (middle compartment vs fully zippered).

Bought this in “used-good condition” because it was the only one I could find & COACH mentioned not knowing if they would restock. It was $70 cheaper than the brand new price so I was nervous about the quality but it came in PERFECT condition! All tags and wrappings still on, and even a dust bag included. The color is beautiful & leather is so soft. A bit smaller than what I’m used to but still able to fit what I need. A stunning, classic Coach bag I plan to have forever!

This is such a cute bag! If you love the empire style but feel like the 40 or 48 size is too big this is the perfect bag for you. the leather is just as squishy and soft like the larger style to get that slight slouch but at the same time still holds its structure! The quality on this bag is amazing for the price point and the bag is quite spacious. I can fit all my daily essentials in here plus a water bottle and my AirPods Max. I like how you can carry it as a top handle bag or crossbody. Such a cutie little bag and looks even better with bag charms!

I think this is the perfect bag. It is a great size. Not too big. Holds a lot without looking bulky or frumpy. It has a simple elegance to it. It looks and feel luxury without the price tag. The leather is soft and malleable. the top handles are a great drop and the handles are thin and a great feel to it for smaller hands. Might feel a bit thin for bigger or stronger grip ladies. If you are into quiet luxury and simple elegance, this is a great bag. There is a small gold foil branding. There is a long strap for shoulder or crossbody. I do not think this bag is a good look for that. It is good for top handle carry. The hands are long enough to comfortably to arm carry. I bought it the honey brown and black.

The media could not be loaded. This Merlot color is stunning! The Coach Empire 28 is the perfect daily wear bag from the Empire line. The leather is so soft and supple. It comes with a crossbody strap and you can also carry as a hand or arm bag. The quality of the full grain leather is superb and the price of this bag makes sense for what you’re getting. I truly love the Empire 28 and I’m happy to see they will be releasing a new Navy color. I also have this is Honey Brown and Black.

The handbag is beautiful. However, it came missing the shoulder strap. Now it's unavailable. Amazon will do nothing. The lack of quality control is egregious, as is the lavk of accountability. Think twice before ordering from Amazon!!!!

Let me start by saying that I ADORE this hand bag. The Empire 28 is just so Fall Edge Ready and the leather is gorgeous!!!! I believe I purchased the re-sell, so I guess that’s why a dust bag wasn’t included. I was highly disappointed about that as far as the price it should have included a dust bag even if it’s not the original coach dust bag but a dust bag should be included(had a dust bag been included. It would’ve definitely gotten four stars)for the price other than that she’s beautiful and I just got her today and I’m very excited too, break her in and wear her. It’s the perfect bag for this season. 🍁🍃🍂🍁Autumn, me being a Fallen-r! 🍂🍁🍃🍁 purchase you will not regret, TRUST. I added my beautiful charms, and I prefer to wear my strap crisscross on my purses and just add an extra colorful strap to give it a little bit of color for the most part. I have no complaints. I purchased the Empire 40 in Loved Leather from Amazon. It is gorgeous! I did check the creed information for authentication and it is a real Coach bag. The 40 is huge so I actually ordered an Empire 28 in Loved Leather for everyday. It did not disappoint. The leather is soft, somewhat slouchy and enough distress to get you on the journey to distressing your own bag naturally. This is not a handbag to handle with kid gloves. Carry and toss your bag. It will get better and better with time.
