Bought this in “used-good condition” because it was the only one I could find & COACH mentioned not knowing if they would restock. It was $70 cheaper than the brand new price so I was nervous about the quality but it came in PERFECT condition! All tags and wrappings still on, and even a dust bag included. The color is beautiful & leather is so soft. A bit smaller than what I’m used to but still able to fit what I need. A stunning, classic Coach bag I plan to have forever!

I think this is the perfect bag. It is a great size. Not too big. Holds a lot without looking bulky or frumpy. It has a simple elegance to it. It looks and feel luxury without the price tag. The leather is soft and malleable. the top handles are a great drop and the handles are thin and a great feel to it for smaller hands. Might feel a bit thin for bigger or stronger grip ladies. If you are into quiet luxury and simple elegance, this is a great bag. There is a small gold foil branding. There is a long strap for shoulder or crossbody. I do not think this bag is a good look for that. It is good for top handle carry. The hands are long enough to comfortably to arm carry. I bought it the honey brown and black. Update: I also added the olive suede.

This is such a cute bag! If you love the empire style but feel like the 40 or 48 size is too big this is the perfect bag for you. the leather is just as squishy and soft like the larger style to get that slight slouch but at the same time still holds its structure! The quality on this bag is amazing for the price point and the bag is quite spacious. I can fit all my daily essentials in here plus a water bottle and my AirPods Max. I like how you can carry it as a top handle bag or crossbody. Such a cutie little bag and looks even better with bag charms!

Well, I am honestly "floored" at the bag I received as opposed to the outstanding Coach quality I'm used to. Here, the bag which is suppose to be a 28 fits and looks like a 26 yes, there is a difference in size and; the quality is "off-off." There, was an indentation where the Coach hang tag was put during shipment, the front two straps are crooked, the gold emblem is not detailed enough and the leather is not durable enough. Honestly, the price point is ridiculous for the quality and the bag it looks like a Coach Outlet bag not a Coach Store bag. I have seen and own amazing Coach bags where the quality cannot be surpassed! this this ain't it! This, is not Amazon's fault though this, was a Coach fault! at that price point we should have what we are used to and know which is, QUALITY.

Everyday elevated bag that holds it all!

I have been using the Empire Carryall as my everyday bag and I love how structured and put together it feels. It holds a lot without looking oversized, and everything stays organized instead of getting lost at the bottom. The leather feels really nice and has held up well with regular use. The merlot color is absolutely beautiful and adds a rich, elevated feel that works especially well in the fall and winter. It is one of those bags that instantly makes your outfit feel a little more polished without trying too hard. Definitely one of my favorites in my collection.

Did I receive a return? Item arrived with none of the original packaging or protective wrapping. No dust bag either. The purse is nice but there are a few scratches and dark spots from previous handling I’m assuming.
