This bag is even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. The soft supple leather is perfect. It’s a spacious bag, but not big like a work bag or tote. This feels very high quality, like it will support a lot of weight, even if held by the top handle, and the clasp is very sturdy and doesn’t come undone as others have mentioned. This handbag is beautiful, however, I was very disappointed in the quality of the bag. On my literal first use of this bag a stitch popped in the top flap. I babied the bag all day and wore it without incident so I was completely surprised by the stitching popping and unraveling on its initial use. I ended up returning it as I lost all trust that a replacement wouldn't have problems as well when it was barely even used. This is a gorgeous bag - the leather is fabulous! Very roomy inside. However, I do not carry enough items in my bags to really fill the inside of this one. Because of that, the latch is impossible to close without putting your fingers inside the bag to brace it - so you need two hands to get it to completely close. If it’s not completely closed, you can’t carry it, because the handle is attached to the flap. Unless the bag is full there is nothing to brace against that latch to allow you to close it one-handed. Stunning! This bag is large without being too oversized. Lightly packed with essentials and of course my Kindle. I still have lots of room to add more things. The leather is soft giving the slouchy look to the bag. I have a large phone and it fits in the back zipper pocket. Love the style and quality is good but I received a used bag with scratches, missing hangtag, no dust bag and there were receipts from Home Depot and another store in the zippered pocket.
