This is the ”IT” bag. I looked at this bag at Dillards two years ago but bought the Coach Willow. After some months, it was too big and heavy. Bought a Hammit bag but finally found it too small, hard to organize with the soft sides, and not the quality of the Coach. I just received the black Chaise and could not believe how all my things are so organized in this beautiful bag. The Coach Chaise is a 5 star bag. It is made with those of us with shoulders that need relief from years of using heavy totes and thinking we can pack them as though we’re away overnight. I have found the bigger the bag the more I toss in it just because I can. The Chase craftsmanship is beautiful and the front and back secure pockets are just right for my larger cell phone and items for easy access. My wallet and other things set deep in the bag so no fear of easy pickpockets. Yes, Coach bags are made in Asian countries just as many other items. But, the craftsmanship in their quality is still top notch. I have four Coach bags and the Chase is bound to be my fav. The gold Coach “C” does not bother me as my name starts with a “C”. The zippers and front outside closures work great. Yes, the back is a little harder but that back pocket is the one for my iPhone and it is deep and handy to provide protection right next to my body and ease of use. My items inside are not tossed around and misplaced like in the big wide bags due to the great support of walls on the inside of the bag. It is large enough to hold a small organizer for my smaller items so they stay organized, my wallet, sun glass case and other personal items. I have had compliments and asked where I bought it as it is no longer in most stores. My purchase through Amazon was five star as well. Their customer service is beyond many stores. I just regret I didn’t buy it two years ago.

Better than expected. I love the unbranded simplicity and perfect size. I have been looking for a white leather bag for quite awile and am so glad I didn't buy a used one on ebay. this bag holds everything I need and very good quality pebbled leather. Brown may be the color of the season but white stands out and goes with everything. Thank you Amazon and Coach.

The price is right, but this is like a Coach Outlet product not a Coach Store product. The lining is a lesser fabric but still good. The slim profile keeps my long wallet, eyeglass case, whatnot case, and hand wipes upright and easy to access. Keys are easy to find in to open interior pocket. I keep my phone in the bag zip pocket, unzipped. Overall: Very pleased
