I have been looking for a casual but stylish all-day bag that is big enough to carry around what I need without being bulky. This bag is gorgeous, is exactly the style I was hoping for, and has nearly everything I wanted. As other reviewers have said, it is fairly large, but a lot of that size is in the height of the bag, not the width, and as the leather is very soft the top slouches - in a good way - so it just doesn’t look big or bulky, while still giving you the option to put a lot of stuff in there. The shoulder strap is wider at the top than the ends, which makes it more comfortable and secure to carry. Having the cross-body strap is a huge bonus and it doesn’t interfere or look weird when I’m carrying the bag by the shoulder strap. There are only two things that stop this bag from being completely perfect. First, while I can fit an iPhone 14 Pro in the side pockets, I can’t snap the flaps shut with the phone in there. Just an inch deeper pockets would let you keep most phones in the easily accessible side pocket - or even just moving the snaps a half inch higher might have been enough to be able to close the flap over the top of the phone. On the plus side, I can fit a small water bottle - about the size of a plastic water bottle - in the side pocket, which is a great feature I haven’t seen in similar style purses. Second, the lack of interior pockets is definitely a con. Just two more interior pockets would make it super easy to find things like keys or a wallet, instead there is just one zipped interior pocket which isn’t enough. The exterior pocket is handy, but not as convenient for quick access to things like a wallet as it’s on the back side of the purse so harder to get to when you’re carrying it on your shoulder. Those two cons are the only reason I’m giving the bag 4 stars instead of 5. It’s beautiful and at the price point totally worth it, even with those slight design flaws.

I love this pocketbook! I have not 1 bad thing to say about it. It has 2 handles 1 shoulder and a crossbody strap. It's not to big. It's just the eight size for a medium pocketbook.

Actually loved every thing about it! Size, pockets, softness! I have some nice black purses, but the leather is stiff. I needed something soft. So glad I got it!!!!❤️

Lots of room, luv the soft leather and the way it slouches yet holds shape, short handle is perfect over the shoulder. Side pockets perfect for keys and or cell phone. This will be one of my favorite bags.

This purse is beautiful but it was just a bit too bulky with the outside pockets and bigger rigid base than what I was looking for. This is good if you are looking for a bigger purse that will hold a lot in it, kind of reminds me of a small diaper bag? I wanted something with a bit slimmer cross body strap profile to hold keys, glasses, wallet and phone for going to concerts or going out to dinner. So I returned this for a smaller version. ***Just be aware that when you return to this seller it takes them forever to reimburse funds to original payment. I returned this 3 weeks ago and they still have not issued funds back to my card. That is only reason I gave 4 stars. Return update: I’m deducting yet another star- from 4 down to 3 based on time of refund from day of return. I returned this purse (at UPS Store) and it took a month to ARRIVE at return destination……(it only took a few days to be delivered once I ordered it, and my credit card was instantaneously charged. Yet it took a month to return to same destination and will take 7 DAYS FROM TONIGHT FOR THEM TO ISSUE MY REFUND. No thanks. Not acceptable. Ridiculous.
