This bag was packaged nicely and secure. Leather did not come bent and everything had wrap. I would order through Amazon again because packaging was amazing. Now the bag, it is soo cute. Its roomy and fits a 1L of essential water bottle in there. I wouldn't say its an everyday bag, well atleast for me probably because the strap isnt long. Big bag! It was bigger than I thought but great because I can fit all my things inside. The color and shape were perfect. The only issue I have had was with the zipper. I have always liked the quality of coach items and this was no different.
