Shoulder straps were so stiff, when I tried to carry as a shoulder bag, the purse continually feel off my shoulder. The straps even seemed to be two different lengths, adding to the problem - I’ve had $20 handbags fit the shoulder and not fall off. This is not a good value for money. The body material is also extremely stiff - it reminded me of cheap plastic bags from discount box stores. This is also not genuine leather as advertised. This is a really nice handbag, I wanted a bag in maple from Coach and I am glad I chose the Empire Carry All 34. Spacious interior and I appreciate the key leash on the inside of the bag. The leather is very nice and the crinkle effect of the leather really looks nice with the maple color. Happy with purchase from Amazon and was able to get $50 off this color when I purchased it.
