This purse is very good quality leather. If you need a small shoulder/crossbody purse that can hold a small wallet, car key & lipgloss then this is it. I love the little feet protectors on the bottom & the color is better in person. It’s perfect for a special event or running errands that you don’t need a big purse. If you are looking for more room then I suggest going to the next size.

The media could not be loaded. Shes fabulous! She holds enough for everyday fun. She matches the larger sizes for a great travel. Coach did great with this! I have all sizes of this bag and use them for traveling in Europe. The style of Coach Empire matches the elegance and simplicity of many European townships.

This is one of my favorite bags. The leather is so juicy soft and squishy, and it fits so much and opens up very wide. The color is gorgeous in person and pictures. Don’t do it justice. It’s got more of a burnt orange undertone to it. This is definitely high-quality leather.

This Empire Carryall 21 is an adorable handbag. I saw and heard some of the negative comments regarding the handles, well it’s a much more smaller bag than the other Empires so the tall handles actually makes carrying it easier to wear on your lower arm. I love the handles and think they fit the bag size perfectly. I got the Toffee color because it looks orange and reminded me of an another very expensive handbag. It looks like an orange Hermes small Kelly bag, or rather it pays homage to the small Kelly bag but at a more appropriate price. Very happy lady here. Thanks Coach New York:)

First, delivery made me unhappy. Purse was delivered by USPS, box was torn and bent up. Luckily, the product was not damage. I am not a fan of Amazon products being delivered by USPS. Second, purse was Coach factory wrapped, so that was a plus. Third, My first thoughts where "this looks like an old lady purse"....like your great, great, great grandmother with the green peppermints. When you first look at the bag, the handles are a distraction and the purse looks plain, the hardware is even muted. Nothing "pops". But when you dress her up she is stunning! The leather is buttery soft and the handles, although long, are not 2 feet long like the look in videos. No they won't fit on your shoulders, but on the crook of your arm in a winter coat, perfect. Fourth, even though it is a small bag, it holds a lot! Everything that I carry daily in my Coach small Maggie tote fits in this bag. That was a surprise. So, if you are in the market for the Coach Empire for a reasonable price, you can't go wrong with this bag.

This size is the perfect size. Small but mighty and was super happy it arrived factory sealed which offers that extra protection. The color is amazing for fall and am in absolute love!
