This is the most cumbersome bag I have ever owned. Difficult to close with three separate compartments that must be closed together. If the bag is not on a perfectly level surface, it dumps over and since there were three separate compartments to close, they are rarely closed. That means most or all of the contents are scattered. What appears to be a rather chic bag never looks good unless you close all three compartments two of which are very difficult to properly align. I waited too long to complain but that is not an indication of how disappointed I am ... show more
