The buttery soft leather feels incredibly luxurious, and the spacious design is perfect for fitting everything I need—from my laptop to daily essentials—without feeling bulky. The sleek, modern design makes it versatile enough for both work and casual outings, while the sturdy shape keeps it looking polished. The magnetic snap closure is strong and secure, and I love the thoughtful details like the subtle logo. That said, this bag is quite large, so if you're not into oversized bags, you might want to consider the 23 or 28 models for a more compact option with the same chic look. I do wish it had feet to protect the bottom from wear, and it can feel a bit heavy when fully loaded. Also, an exterior pocket for quick access would be a nice touch. Despite these minor issues, the craftsmanship and style make it a worthwhile investment. I’ve received so many compliments already! I just ordered the Empire Carryall 35 in Brass/Maple—if it's as beautiful as the Brooklyn, Coach will definitely be back in my regular rotation! I am absolutely in awe of this bag! My husband bought it for me for work and it is stunning. The loved leather gives it a truly unique character and the quality is top notch.. super buttery and soft. As someone who is 5'5" I find the strap length to be perfect for my frame. It easily fits my 15 in Dell laptop with room to spare for other essentials. Absolutely beautiful!!! Color is Merlot and it’s gorgeous!! Came in a gigantic box and very carefully packaged and protected. Also came with a satin Coach Dust bag. This purse is very large. You can put just about anything in it!

It is a beauty! Got it in sale. Worth it. I knew the Brooklyn 39 was good. Was worried about packaging and authenticity. It was really well packed and the structure was not compromised on and is pretty much authentic.

The media could not be loaded. This bag is stunning, and the smell of the leather is absolutely incredible! Be aware that this is a very large bag. I ordered the Cedar suede and black with shearling, and they are absolutely gorgeous! I always have such a great experience when buying my coach on Amazon. My bags always come factory wrapped, and I can get them so much faster with Amazon then I can on the actual coach retail site. Don’t hesitate, it’s such a great experience! Amazon is the problem. I received the wrong color and size of Coach (ordered suede received an older, white leather purse). Naturally I returned the purse, with a return receipt,and Amazon denied the return. I’m out $500. Hoping after multiple attempts that Amazon makes this right. Aside from this horrible merchant experience, Coach bags, especially this model are gorgeous and high quality. I did purchase something similar to this listing in Nov 2025 directly from Coach and love the bag. I’m writing the review to help buyers avoid buying high quality goods from Amazon. ... show more
