That said, this bag is quite large, so if you're not into oversized bags, you might want to consider the 23 or 28 models for a more compact option with the same chic look. I do wish it had feet to protect the bottom from wear, and it can feel a bit heavy when fully loaded. Also, an exterior pocket for quick access would be a nice touch. Despite these minor issues, the craftsmanship and style make it a worthwhile investment. I’ve received so many compliments already! I am absolutely in awe of this bag! My husband bought it for me for work and it is stunning. The loved leather gives it a truly unique character and the quality is top notch.. super buttery and soft. As someone who is 5'5" I find the strap length to be perfect for my frame. It easily fits my 15 in Dell laptop with room to spare for other essentials. I think this has to be one of my all time favorite purses! I get tons of compliments when I carry this. It’s super versatile, roomy, durable and perfect!! The strap width is thick, this is the only purse I have that I don’t fight the strap to stay in my shoulder. As with everything, even the perfect stuff there can definitely be cons…this one is that the purse is heavy without anything in it. I had my eye on this bag for about a year and finally bought it - my first Coach bag! I love the color (merlot) and the big size is perfect for my needs especially as a mom. It arrived expertly packaged. Every piece of hardware protected and inside stuffed and packaged to keep its shape. The big disappointment is that the signature Coach tag was missing. I checked the pocket and unrolled every single piece of packing paper hoping to find it without any luck. I saw a few other reviews mention the missing tag as well.
