Lot’s of room! Beautiful bag! Color is on point! Prove was amazing compared to the loved leather one I got, almost half the price! I sprayed it with suede protection and I’m ridiculously careless, so far nothing has stained or anything that’s would ruin suede, which is really quite easy! I've been a Coach fan since the '80s—yes, the '80s! But as I matured, their offerings didn’t always match my evolving style. However, lately, Coach has been putting out must-have pieces, and the Brooklyn Shoulder Bag 39 is undoubtedly an "IT" bag. The buttery soft leather feels incredibly luxurious, and the spacious design is perfect for fitting everything I need—from my laptop to daily essentials—without feeling bulky. The sleek, modern design makes it versatile enough for both work and casual outings, while the sturdy shape keeps it looking polished. The magnetic snap closure is strong and secure, and I love the thoughtful details like the subtle logo. That said, this bag is quite large, so if you're not into oversized bags, you might want to consider the 23 or 28 models for a more compact option with the same chic look. I do wish it had feet to protect the bottom from wear, and it can feel a bit heavy when fully loaded. Also, an exterior pocket for quick access would be a nice touch. Despite these minor issues, the craftsmanship and style make it a worthwhile investment. I’ve received so many compliments already! I just ordered the Empire Carryall 35 in Brass/Maple—if it's as beautiful as the Brooklyn, Coach will definitely be back in my regular rotation! Absolutely loved the Brooklyn. It's a great bag with charms. The deal was too good to pass up. Coach's quality is top, so no worries there. Came with all the packaging, so no issues there. I had my eye on this bag for about a year and finally bought it - my first Coach bag! I love the color (merlot) and the big size is perfect for my needs especially as a mom. It arrived expertly packaged. Every piece of hardware protected and inside stuffed and packaged to keep its shape. The big disappointment is that the signature Coach tag was missing. I checked the pocket and unrolled every single piece of packing paper hoping to find it without any luck. I saw a few other reviews mention the missing tag as well. When I first got the Coach Brooklyn 39 I thought maybe it was too big for me. 5'2, but after I carried her, I think it's a perfect fit. Quality leather, slouchy, absolutely holds everything you would need and more, but of course could become heavy the more you carry. I use a very lightweight organizer I had purchased for my Coach large City Bucket bag and it keeps my items from just floating around my bag. Black is a color that will go with everything. I've read other reviews after a year reporting corner wear, but knowing Coach's quality leather I'm sure this will be a durable bag for me with maintenance by using some leather CPR to keep the leather moisturized and cleaned. I always love a sale, but purchased at full price and I think for bag size, quality leather, this is a great value for the money and a bag I'll always have in my collection. ... show more
