I do wish it had feet to protect the bottom from wear, and it can feel a bit heavy when fully loaded. Also, an exterior pocket for quick access would be a nice touch. Despite these minor issues, the craftsmanship and style make it a worthwhile investment. I’ve received so many compliments already! I just ordered the Empire Carryall 35 in Brass/Maple—if it's as beautiful as the Brooklyn, Coach will definitely be back in my regular rotation! Great bag. Big, beautiful, and blue. My bag came complete with detailed packing from coach. My key ring tag was intact. Not a return purchase. I dont want to dismiss concerns of other reviewers, but I have no issues. I love it. The $100.00 discount coupon was welcome too!

The bag was packed perfectly. All the hardware was covered and bag stuffed. The bag was shipped enclosed in plastic and that was enclosed in a box large enough not to crease or damage the bag. The size is perfect for carrying all my stuff. Love this style. The suede feels like good quality.
