I must admit I was skeptical that this oil would make a difference and help repair my nails. They are prone to split on the ends and inhibit growth. Boy was I wrong! After using this oil on my nails after a couple of months, they are healthy and repaired. That said, it is because they have to be polish-free a few weeks for it to work. Polish will damage them again so I let them “rest”. If you can’t live without polish on, it MAY not work. It smells great, like almonds and is very moisturizing; also absorbs quickly.
