Description
ITK (Industrial Thin Kerf) saw blades feature a thinner plate than standard blades and are ideal for saws that are a bit underpowered. Excellent price/quality ratio for great woodworking operations. These tools feature: -German steel body featuring 46-48 Rockwell to provide strength and resistance. -Specially formulated carbide tips to match any blade application. -Anti-vibration design which means less chattering during cutting and consequently it lengthens the life of the saw blade. Anti-vibration also means a flawless cut, so stabilizers and scoring blades are no longer necessary. -Expansion slots, which are little hook-shaped cuts in the saw blade help to reduce noise while regulating the expansion and contraction of the tool as it generates heat during cutting operations. -Laser cut thin steel plate, so the tool withstands the stress while cutting and gets more resistant to warping. -Tri-metal brazing, which yields excellent results and reduces the chances of failed welds, prevents the blade from cracking during cool down shrinkage and provides flexibility and resistance to impact. -Orange PTFE-coated body -Balancing and tensioning ring to keep perfect concentricity during rotation. -Delivered in a unique plastic case.
