There are adequate pockets inside and out and just the right size for holding a phone. Just what I needed! I had more of a tote that worked for years, but it became cumbersome. This is the perfect size and has plenty of pockets for everything. Perfect for travel. It's sturdy and will take a beating. I was quite surprised by how you access the big part of the backpack. It does have a zipper over the top like a regular backpack, but on the back. It zips open like an upside down "U". I thought it would be awkward, but it's not. Actually, it keeps everything neater. Plenty of room for a small laptop or tablet. Very roomy for everything else. I keep my keys in the front pocket that has a clasp, my phone in the front pocket that has a zipper, and there are many other little hidey hole pockets. Has water bottle pockets on both sides. Long, adjustable straps to fit just about anyone. Highly recommend!

So I got a last item that was supposed to be a cow print but..... it's way nicer than that. It looks close to leopard but not quite leopard. Because it was what it was it was $25 and I thought wth. I will for sure be a repeat customer! The quality of these bags for the price is unbelievable! There are 300 - 400 dollar bags that aren't as supple or as finished as these. The design is genius, there so much room, and I'm really going to be proud to carry this to work. Win win!

When I got this and realized it opened up from the back I thought I was going to hate it. But I needed something like a backpack to tote around all of my stuff for work going from office to office. I kept losing things in my giant purse and was constantly having to empty it out to find things. So I bought this. I actually love it now that I've been using it for a few weeks. It is smaller and probably wouldn't fit a full sized laptop but I didn't need it for that. It is the perfect size for me. I can fit file folders in it just fine. I love it.
