I originally posted a poor review (that was a mistake) I posted my last review based on correspondence with the Cloudray Website. The Cloudray Amazon team is who you want to message for additional parts or correspondence if you purchased on Amazon. Windy Liu was great with getting back to me and helping me with what I exactly needed she also assured me that they would be happy to help with any warranty issues, the product was great I have had no problems with it. I was just looking for additional equipment for my specific Laser. They even made an additional phone call to me at 9:40 AM which in their time was 9:40 PM so that was great customer service since their work day was over. Keep in mind there is a 12hr time difference so response times to email may vary but they will get back to you in a timely manner. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Have been trying to contact the support team for 2 weeks with little response or help. Company's official support team has been treating my emails like I am spam or a scammer for buying from their official amazon store versus their website. ever since my business has been on stand still, and has me to the point where I may have to hire a local technician to get my expensive piece of equipment working again that could have been solved with a simple Skype call from the start. Overall For being priced very fairly you get what you pay for, and in the future I would choose to pay more for higher quality customer support. ... show more
