The straps are very thick and comfortable. There are a few pockets inside zippered pockets of some side pockets and a front zipper pocket. I get so many compliments on this bag. Two of my friends actually bought the same bag! I honestly want to buy another one just in case somewhere down the road something ever happens to this one because I am obsessed with it. Great bag, the size is perfect, took it on vacation to the beach. Sand didn't stick to it at all, water resistant holds alot. Took it on the plane and it went under the seat perfect. Love the side pockets too. Love the pink color.

This bag is amazing, much better than expected! The durable material is waterproof and has an inner lining which makes it more structured. I LOVE that the top zips closed, unlike the one I just replaced, offers more privacy. The 2 side pockets are large/deep enough to hold my Contigo water and coffee vessels, leaving more room on the inside. The handles are very well stitched with nice durable backing. The outside pocket is large enough to hold file folders. I love everything about the bag and will be buying them as gifts for my co- workers who rave about it.
