This is my 4th time buying these units for small walk in closets. Assembly was tedious, as expected. Instructions are crystal clear. No missing parts. Shipping arrived in 2 days. Very happy with the end product. Much cheaper than big box store. Picture included, shows a corner unit purchased from a big bix store. Rod area easily hold 15 hoodies that a teen wears. Drawers are deep. Highly recommend. Priced well. I did purchase different hardware from Amazon, as the included ones are flimsy. Closets turned out great

Very beautiful once put together. I’ve built a lot of furniture this past year. This one was not so easy to put together. First thing I always do is make sure I have all the parts, which I did have. Then I go step by step following each page exactly. The issues happened because the pieces do not have stickers saying “this side up”. And when you go to put the track pieces on for the sliding drawers, they did not label the tracks, but banded them together. They have a specific way to go in, unfortunately it took us a few tries, attaching and detaching the hardware even though we were studying the book. If they labeled the tracks that would be very helpful. Lastly, be careful and pay attention. Where the holes in the shelf were drilled indicating where to install the hanger rod, would have made our hangers stick out like crazy. More than half the hanger would be sticking out from the shelf, not even using the back part of the closet. The preplaced holes were also too low. We ended up correcting this ourselves while assembling it. We mounted the rod an inch back into the closet more and an another inch up as well. If you do this, pay attention to the wood along the back of the closet, make sure you bring it up enough so it doesn’t hit that. Closet is sturdy and the color is exactly as pictured. The handles for the drawers look really cheap, I will replace those myself later. Over all, it’s a good storage unit.

I purchased this closet and, to be fair, the quality itself isn’t bad. It feels sturdy and provides good support. I chose the white color, which looks great—though in hindsight I really like the white color. The reason I’m giving this product just one star is because it arrived with missing parts. I reported the issue over two months ago, yet I still haven’t received the replacements. As a result, I’ve been stuck with an incomplete closet that I can’t properly use. Very disappointing experience.
