These boots are of exceptional quality, you can tell this, right out of the box. The zippers work smoothly to get you in and out of them easily and they probably aren't going to require much of a break-in. I felt comfortable right away and have worn them, though only around the house, so far. They are a little stiff. Is that a bad thing? Not uncomfortably so, just in a supportive way. I have wide, complicated feet. These boots fit perfectly! When they arrived, I was disappointed that they weren’t exactly as pictured. The soles are a different color than what was advertised, but I kept them. I did take a star off for that. Having wide feet, it’s hard to find shoes that are comfortable. These worked perfectly. I did make a mistake by switching out the inserts it came with for my supportive ones. The different insoles made the top of one of my feet to press against the top of the boot (my foot swells sometimes), which was uncomfortable/painful. Once I switched back to the original insoles, it was fine. No pain and enough support. I walked through the Atlanta airport, around town, and have taught wearing these. No complaints. I get plenty of compliments about them. I will probably order a second pair soon. ... show more

I got these in white/cream at Tj Maxx and love them so much and get compliments every time I wear them I had to see if I could find them online - thanks Amazon! They’re so stylish and comfortable. I got an 8 at Tj Maxx, which fit great, but opted for the 7W here… but they were too tight. So I exchanged for an 8. I would say the 7W isn’t actually wide at all. ... show more

These boots are cute! But I can’t wear them around the grocery store without my feet complaining by the end. They are quite narrow. They don’t have a lot of cushion or support. The sweater around the top is more for aesthetics than warmth.
