Edit March 1, 2023 I'll give them back a star because I was provided a refund today, which is a positive on the company, however having a frother does make a difference. -----------Original Review Below--------- Before the frother broke I'd give it 4 stars, a week later I'm giving it 2 because the taste drops without the frother. Taste is effected by how well you mix it! A lot of reviews mention the frother dying prematurely but, I'm touching on the taste quality dropping dramatically if not mixed well. So first the actual taste is ok, adds a more nuttier flavor than expected to a Latte. I guess that's the mushrooms maybe? However, you NEED a frother to properly get all the lumps and little congealed balls that form from the powder. That is why I rate this poorly. The rechargeable frother STOPPED working after 1 charge! ( roughly a week). You charge it, wait for it to turn green, and then push the power button to have nothing happen. You end up drinking a chunky protein power- esque like taste with uneven flavor. Each sip has random bursts because of the concentrated clumps that can't be dissolved by spoon alone. Also there seems to be no way to have the frother replaced and with it being tied to the taste quality, overall product suffers. It seems like a ploy to inflate the price if the frother breaks after a week, with no way to return anything.

The media could not be loaded. Update 01Mar23: seller offered a full refund. I’ll likely try other flavors as I bought a frothed and the matcha is excellent and using oat milk made it very creamy! The chai lattte had good flavor. Spicy and not too sweet. I think it would be better if you use milk instead of water. May have been better if frothed but…. Frothed completely broken in the box. Very disappointed.

Amending my review - the seller is amazing! I did not ask for a refund since I had opened the package, and they contacted me. If you are wondering if you want to try this, while it wasn't a flavor I liked, you very well may. And the seller is one I can say is very concerned about their customers. Increasing to three stars (from my prior of one star) due to the seller.*** I could not handle the flavor of the chai latte. If it is a taste you like, then this is a great buy for you. It is easy to blend up and was a great presentation. The sleep version tasted a little bit better, but I find herbal teas more effective. I desperately wanted to like this, but I'm obviously not the target taste buds.

Tried the chai and matcha ones. They’re delicious but I add a dash of Trader Joe’s Brown Sugar creamer because they’re a tad watery. It gives me energy without the anxiety. I’m excited to try the other flavors.

like the flavor but the gas it causes if you mix with any kind of milk is not worth it.... ...stay with water less gassy but still some gas.....that is my experience anyway.....and it is expensive in my opinion but it does taste good.....with water
