Putter is exactly as described, with a very good head cover and a great, sticky, oversize grip. I bought this one, as well as the Cleveland Soft 8, so I could compare the two. By the way, both are much heavier than i expected, but I think that will actually help my green game. I'll leave the plastic on the heads and try to get the feel of both (on carpet) before deciding which one to keep. I'm leaning toward the Soft 11, because that mallet head is actually more compact than the the Soft 8 blade. But, seriously Amazon . . . what were your people thinking when they dropped both putters loosely into a huge, oversize box, with exposed shafts - no padding or protective wrapping - just a single thin sheet of packing paper thrown in? I mean, the box was big enough to hold a "Sunday" golf bag, for God's sake. And these two relatively expensive putters are just rattling around in there, banging off each other during shipment. Thankfully, it doesn't appear that any damage was done to either club. But this is a perfect example of inept, low cost, Amazon warehouse labor, folks who apparently aren't paid to think. The as-received packaging is shown in the photos attached. Amazon's careless handling of these two $135 putters really p*sses me off! ... show more

Fantastic putter - better than some I have paid twice as much for. The face milling is superb and the grip ( I went OS) is aligned perfectly from the factory - no need to re-grip. On the green just has so much feel and the "sound" is great feedback.

Putter arrived new in the plastic wrap and head cover. However, there was ZERO packaging in the Amazon box. Turned out fine, but I could see this being potentially damaged during shipping. Would be 5/5 otherwise.

I've used several putters over the years and this one is definitely the best I've used. For the price you can't beat it. The feel is soft, the grip is the perfect size for me, and the weight give us great balance. I would recommend this for any golfer, low to high handicap.

I still putt like crap but it has a great feel. Nice grip. I think I might need new glasses… Seriously, did improve long putts , getting closer to the hole. Well balanced!
