Like most previous reviews I had a very difficult time getting to set up the account with the app. I was very frustrated because I was doing everything according to the instructions and it would not take. I set it aside for a few minutes. I thought I’d come back to it and try again but my attendance band was not allowing me to attempt a second time I continue to read further reviews and it seems like this is something that is rare Airlie happening to most people I’m hoping that maybe the company reaches out to me and helps me because if not I’m going to have to end up returning it. I did purchase purchase it here on Amazon and perhaps I would’ve rather have spent a few extra dollars and purchased it at target or Walmart and maybe I would have better luck, but I was surprised that when I took the box it was all discombobulated and destroyed And the app is not working, so I am quite disappointed ... show more

I liked having this to use at home to help clarify where i was at in the journey. But please read the directions because you don’t need that much urine. If you oversaturate it, you will get a messed up test. My first test was that way (it showed no results at all, not even a control) Upon reading further, it states you either urinate on the stick for up to 5 seconds or dip for 5 seconds if you urinate in a cup. So my first test was a complete fail. But the other tests were spot on. I am in menopause and have had my levels tested by my doctor and now currently getting treatment for symptoms. There are 5 tests in the pack. Easy to read, simple and helps reassure you if you feel like you’re losing your mind. I was able to take this to my doctor as well with the information from the app you download to record your results. ... show more

I bought this and didn't find out until I was in the app that if you are on birth control you can not use it. So I had to return it. So I can't tell you how it really works but it was frustrating that it was not stressed somewhere you can actually see that you can't use this if there are certain conditions. ... show more

Where to start? Well, like the rest of you I am in peri-menopause and curious as to what stage I am in. I thought this was a great way to get an idea without heading to the doctor office for multiple tests. Day 1: The test worked. There was a test line and a result line. Day 2 and Day 3, same thing. Day 4 and Day 5, both were defective. The directions say there was an error if there is no test line, however, there was the exact same amount of urine on all 5 days. I call it as DEFECTIVE, not an error. So, had I received 5 working tests, I would say $20 for it was well worth it. BUT, the fact that 2/5 tests were defective.......I say you need to take your tests back to the drawing board and start over OR have a better system of quality assurance. Unfortunately I cannot return as I used them all, but I definitely will not buy again or recommend them. ... show more

I really struggled with finding this helpful. Part of it was that I forgot to start it on the day that was assigned. How the days get assigned though I think it’s a little ridiculous. You have to log onto some app and then it doesn’t let you start it right away. You have to wait like a day and a half or two days after you set up your account and you have to wait a day in between and maybe it’s just me but first thing in the morning which is when you’re supposed to use it I am not awake enough to be trying to remember if I’m supposed to use it today or tomorrow if I used it yesterday or the day before. The app doesn’t allow you to change your dates so you keep getting these reminders based on a date that past that you forgot to take the test. Would not suggest this. ... show more

This seemed to work, but who knows. The 2nd to last test was defective and didn't give a control response. Other days it was hard to tell if a response line was there or not.

Customer service was lovely and knowledgeable. Very easy to use. I, distractedly, still managed to make a mistake! Haha. What a pleasant experience to call customer service and be treated as if I matter. They were kind and polite and informed as opposed to reading a script and forwarding my call and zero wait time just 2 automated questions was all it took to be helped. Bravo, Clearblue! Bravo!     • easy to use as far as taking the test- the app sucks
The app that goes with these tests sucks. So the first day I went to test my cycle came and I wanted to reset my first testing day, the app won't let you alter the dates or times associated with testing, so choose wisely when you set the test schedule up. You can keep pushing the start date for up to 21 days, which is what I did. I waited until period was over to start testing. Then I ran into another road block. I set the test reminder for 7 am, got up and tested, took a picture of my test to log later after getting kids off to school and out to work and it wouldn't let me log the test telling me instead I missed my test day. Again, there is no way to edit this. I think I would have been better off getting a the cheapo order of ovulation predictors off of here like I used to use since they measure the same thing. I got no useful info from these tests and the app. ... show more
