I don’t understand the negative reviews. I’m using pottery clay, and this works perfectly. If you’re using polymer clay, you’ll need to warm and soften your clay first (which you’d need to do before using any tool on it). The media could not be loaded. I from them years ago and it lasted a long time. Once it was worn out I had to buy a new one. Got it, used it once, and the seal broke. So I bought another one thinking it was just a flaw or I got a bad one. But nope! This one broke just as fast. The new clear ring that seals the inside is really terrible, clay still gets around it when extruding and when you in screw to load it up again, the rubber piece breaks.
