The media could not be loaded. This was a most anticipated and fun toy for a 7 year old girl. The claw is strong when picking up the little stuffies, but struggles a bit when picking up the erasers. It can be powered by either 4 AA batteries (not included) or by USB cable (included). A really nice feature is the volume control. The little music button toggles high, low and silent music volumes. A fun feature is that you put a coin into the slot to activate the claw game. You can also slide the front cover out to adjust the layout of the prizes inside. Overall, it's a good toy and a good value. This is from day two, so who knows how durable it is. That remains to be seen.

I really struggled with how many stars to give this because it's so cute and has so much going for it, but it just doesn't quite function well enough for me to be comfortable rating it higher. I'd give it a 3.5 if I could. PROS: - In the picture, it looks like the animals are hard plastic, so I was glad they were soft and somewhat fuzzy. - It comes with little "prizes" that are individually wrapped, and there's a great variety. - I was able to pick up the stuffed animals numerous times (but you can only put in a few to choose from, or it easily gets too full, and you can't grab anything.) - I love that you can add the stickers, ears, and side pieces (or not.) - I love that you can use batteries or the USB cord. - I like that it has a music option and that you can adjust the volume or turn it all the way off. - I think the fake coins are a cute addition, and they give you 12 of them. - It's easy to load from the front, and they had a sticker to protect the plastic so it doesn't arrive scratched. CONS: - The animals aren't the ones pictured, so there's no unicorn. - The animals that I successfully dropped into the hole never came all the way out for me, so I had to reach in and grab them. I think it's because they're so lightweight that they don't weigh enough to fall all the way out. This isn't a big deal since tiny hands should be able to easily retrieve them. - The little "prizes" aren't the highest quality, as you can see in the photo, at least one head looks like it could come off any minute, and it's not even opened yet. - The USB cord is short (and you need your own adapter to plug it into the wall.) - I don't like that the images make it look like it lights up inside because it doesn't. - As far as I can tell, the only way it works is if you put one of the cute, fake coins in, so I imagine it won't work without them, but at least they give you a lot.
