I was looking for comfortable walking sandals for a summer trip where I will be walking often. I have a pain in achilles, esp. when i wear shoes without a heel. These fit the bill. High marks on comfort. Straps don't dig in. Sole is cushy but firm and it has a reasonable heel. Also, I have large wide feet and I purchased the normal size I always get and it fits good. Walked half a mile in these and it didn't hurt and it remained comfortable. Also like the look. Pairs great with anything from jeans, long skirts to a cute black dress.

Pretty supportive for a sandal. The bottoms are soft but have a bit of arch support. The straps are a little loose though. There is no way to tighten them up at the toe. Not a deal breaker but if you have skinny forefeet, maybe try on first.

These feel AMAZING!!! Love them so much. They’re a little tight on the upper portion but I feel over time they’ll relax. The foot bed is like walking on marshmallows...

Love the color, fabric, and cushioned footbed. Tag says you can put them in the washing machine. My foot is narrow so the front cross straps are loose, but I want to keep them, just wish they were available in a narrow width.

I want to love these shoes. The straps are super soft and don’t give me blisters and they are wonderfully cushy. But...the left shoe causes probation. Don’t know if the sole is just thicker on the outside of the shoe vs level. I’ve had my feet digitally scanned and I don’t have any pronation when barefoot and my arches are average. Needless to say when I walk in these shoes for longer than a few blocks the misalignment throws my joints off kilter and I get knee pain in that leg, longer distance and it causes hip and back pain. I didn’t figure this out until I had worn them outside and I think I saw no returns if worn so they will be my “walk to the mailbox” shoes I guess.

I have wide feet with a high instep so finding comfy sandals that are cute has been an issue all my life. I only got brave enough to try this style because I was able to try on a friend's Clark's sandals in a different style. It gave me an idea of how Clark's sizing runs. These are wonderful, so comfy even the straps inside and out are soft material, yayyyy. The velcro strap at the ankle could be a tiny bit longer. Love that the inside and outside of the sole does NOT have white! I would purchase this sandal in another color except all the other colors have white on the outside of the sole, ugh. Arrived fast so I'm happy I can wear them to lunch on Sunday.

These shoes are the first in 3 years that have eased my foot pain. I have multiple foot issues including plantar fasciitis which just won’t respond to stretches or therapy. I’ve tried so many different shoes and these are the only ones that I can wear & my feet feel normal. The sole is extremely cushiony and it seems similar to that of a therapy shoe where there are no bumps or curves to irritate anything. Normally I would say I’d need arch support but with the angle at which this holds my foot I don’t miss the arch support (especially since arch supports in other shoes pushed on a sore spot on the outside of my foot). I have emailed Clark’s to ask if they make non sandal shoes on this same sole. If I could get a tennis shoe with this sole I might could even go for a walk which is not something I have been able to do in quite a while.
