Clark's used to make Cloudstepper sandals with a velcro strap in front and around ankle. They do not anymore and with hard to fit feet, it's almost a necessity. Hence the deduction of one star. The ankle strap does not stretch and the velcro area is small so the back strap feels a bit snug while the front straps have loosened up. Not enough to cause a problem but, again, velcro in the front would've made this a perfect sandal. The sole is heaven, like walking on marshmallows. The textile straps are soft inside and out. I thought the straps were going to be stretchy, they aren’t. Not sure if that’s a plus or not. The Velcro keeps coming up undone when I walk, making up uncomfortable. However these are super comfortable. My foot it’s wide and thick and they fit nicely, the only problem is that Velcro strap, so I might have to get some type Of extender and sow it in. ... show more

I love these sandals! They are super cute and comfortable. They look dressy and you can wear as casual or dress up an outfit. I get compliments on them just about every time I wear them. Only thing I noticed is that the strap over instep could be longer. I don't feel like my foot is super high instep and it needs another half inch to connect with the velcro. It works for me and doesn't come undone, but just barely. That's the only reason I gave 4 stars. I would definitely buy again due to comfort and looks. ... show more
