Ordered half size up and wide, and the fit was exact (with socks). They are quite comfortable and cute. One side arrived with a scuff on top, hence 4 stars instead of 5.

This item is way too narrow. I wear a 9.5 and that’s what I ordered. I couldn’t even get my foot in the shoe!!! I have normal feet and absolutely could not get my foot in past my toes.
