Clarks are my favorite shoe for comfort. These are nice looking and comfortable but are a little difficult to put on. I wish you could just slide your foot in because when you are older things like that make a big difference. With getting older comes more challenges.

Based on other reviews I sized up 1/2 so instead of buying 7 1/2 I ordered an 8 and it was a perfect fit. These boots are very comfortable. I wore them standing waiting for trains and walking all day in the city with temperature in the teens and with a huge wind chill and I was toasty warm. It takes a little effort to put on but there is a loop in the back which helps. A shoe horn would be even better. I ordered the olive green color but in reality it is more like a gray/green with emphasis on the gray. I'm glad because I really prefer the gray color. ... show more

I absolutely loved this shoe. The only problem is the hole is way too small to get my foot into. I finally got one shoe on and the size was just right. I bought a size 6. Unfortunately I had to send back because the hole is too small to wear.-

I usually wear a size 6, I ordered a 6.5 wide so it’s more comfortable. The shoe hole is too small to get my foot inside, and once I did, it felt so tight, I almost bent my toes while walking. Returning this!
