Out of the box these shoes fit well. They were true to size for size 14. I’ve heard the Clarks name for a long time. Leather seems good. Remarkably lightweight. I wore them for a full day and my feet felt fine.

When wearing shows for work, they need to feel comfortable. I usually use Nunn Bush shoes but I also knew that Clarks shoes were of high quality as well so I took the chance of ordering this pair. They are less expensive than Nunn Bush and during these hard economic times, every penny counts. When they arrived, I wore them at home for about an hour and the reason for that is that they were so comfortable, I forgot that I had them on. My floors are tile floors so it was not a soft surface. Since then I have wore them to work and they feel and fit great. Needless to say, I am happy with these shoes and when I need a new pair, I will look at Clarks shoes.

Update: I have had these shoes for nearly two years and they have held together very nicely. They fit great and they are still comfortable. I bought another pair of Clark's since then and swap between them. The leather looks slightly worn, but it's not trashy. The soles are started to get rather slick and will most likely be the cause of these shoes demise. I still recommend them. I actually recommend any Clark shoe in general. Original Review: 2017, May Initial thoughts: - Very nice looking - Fit well - Very light - The "lightness" gives me concerns about durability. - Leather scuffs easily I am concerned that these shoes will not last me very long. My previous pair of Clarks UNStructured shoes were GREAT. I wore them until the insoles were starting to get uncomfortable and the soles were slick. They had a little heft to them and made me confident that they would get me through the long haul. The jury is still out on these. Like I said, they look nice, feel nice, and I like them... Just concerned they may not last. The soles do not appear as durable and the way the leather scuffs up if I accidently kick something has me on edge. But, I'm going to stick with them. If something drastic happens soon, I will be sure to update the review.

Like the shoes' appearance and they are comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. However aboit week 3 of occasional wear, one shoe started to squeak- not from under the tread, but from within a seam. I would buy if on sale, but not at full price. I have had other Clark's without this problem.

Package seemed lite when delivered for pair of shoes. Shoes were even lighter. First look was solid clean lines. Didn’t see any scratches or marks since ordering from Amazon discount/damage warehouse. The original box had a slight corner crush as that was one of the possible flaws with the item. I can live with that. First time I wore them it was at the end of the day I realized that I noticed I was wearing new shoes. At 75 my feet tend to get heavy at the end of the day. These Clark shoes are lighter & more comfortable than the Clark tennis shoes I bought a few years back. And I loved them as well as this new pair.
