I am 140lbs and 5-10. Waist is tight, and rest fit's loose. Not as warm as desired. Too thin. I wear both pair, and still cold at 30deg with a Marmot puffer down jacket. This review is for both the shirt and the long johns. The shirt could have been medium size, but not the long johns with the elastic. Will be looking for fleece type with some thickness, or maybe down pants, but not till next year. ... show more
