We bought two of them. We also bought a "https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0F3CN143K" electric pump. I also bought a "https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08SM7X4NW" car power adapter so that I can use 120VAC, too, for pump. SUP/kayaks are well made and come with everything you need, except I wanted an electric pump. Very rigid at 10 psi. Max is 15 psi and probably unnecessary. Paddle can be converted from SUP to kayak mode quickly & easily. A great deal of thought went into this. There is even a nice normal size font, printed manual with all you need to know to get started. The carry bag is sized nicely & there is room to spare - very nice! I highly recommend!

I adore this SUP. The nut the cup holder screws into came out within the first 10 minutes, but I am using a kayak seat with it that has cup holders built in. I thought I'd use the foot rest more than I do but it's still nice to have. Lots of storage and handles for carrying to the water. Love the different fin sizes. Fins are solid, sturdy and very well made. The materials are very high quality, especially for the price. I would definitely buy this again, am very happy with my purchase and have suggested this brand to several people considering a SUP. It works very well for river floats. Easy to inflate and deflate with an electric pump. I wasn't able to get it fully inflated with the included hand pump and the level I did get it to took a LOT of work. I have not tried the inflatable seat. Lots of attached D rings, including one on the bottom front. Light enough to carry and compact enough for a car trunk.

I love this paddle board! I think it’s great quality for the price and is made well with durable and quality materials in its price and class. I really like how they include so many extra’s even if you are someone who tends to be on the minimalist style, it is nice that they include all the extra gear with it. You could pay more for another brand and get much less in terms of accessories. I was able to pump the board in under 5 minutes consistently with the supplied pump. Also the listed recommended PSI for this board is 12-15 I find that 16-16.5 makes it more rigid and flex less. I ride fast and rough sometimes so I personally prefer it a bit stiff. I found that 12PSI is no where near enough for this board and recommend at least 15PSI. I weigh 160Lbs and this board is perfect for me at 16PSI. I definitely recommend this board to everyone. In fact I get asked about it from other SUP users all the time because of all the mounting and the way I have my setup.

Hi everyone. I got this iTAOSTAR City Park paddle board. The first one was very obviously used, poorly wrapped where I could tell it was used inside & out, had a terrible smell & extremely damaged boxes. But I contacted the company & Selina was fantastic. She was patient, knowledgeable, empathetic, extremely professional & very helpful. She asked for pictures of the used one & could see what I was saying. As soon as she got the message, she offered either a refund or replacement. I chose a replacement & she got it out to me immediately. She made sure it was new & that I was happy with it after it arrived. Not many people or companies are like iTAOSTAR & people like Selina. She deserves a raise! I can’t say enough about Selina’s help. This is how a company should be run. I love my paddle board so much. It is durable beyond belief, very easy to carry around (portable) & so much fun to use. Me & my daughter both have iTAOSTAR paddle boards & love them. It comes with everything you need but we did get a paddle board inflator to make it easier & faster to inflate. We love them & as long as I can deal with Selina, I will continue to buy from them. Thank you so much Selina!

Outstanding service! I bought two last Thanksgiving and started using them this summer. One seat strap broke, so I messaged the seller. With just two photos, they mailed me a replacement seat—and even let me choose a different style. A lot of functions. The seat is comfortable- very thick so people can seating on top for a long time. The SUP is big, rigid, and easy to handle. The paddle design is excellent; you can assemble it as either a kayak or a SUP, and it floats. Unlike another brand I bought previously—whose paddle sank straight to the bottom of the lake—this one stays on the surface.

Solid paddleboard. I had been doing alot of research. Im very pleased with my choice. I didnt want to spend alot but wanted something that would be quality & that Id be able to take my dog with me. It feels solid & thick. Its got some cool accessories. Which does take it a few extra mins to put together. But in my opinion its worth it. I have back issues & knee issues so I wanted one with the seat since I wasnt sure if I'd be able to stand. Its great since I can use ut either way as a kayak or a stand up board.
