Citizen always makes a quality product. I’ve been looking for a smart watch that also has actual minute and hour hands. I’ve purchased watches that simulate it but this one knocks it out of the park.

Amazon debería retirar este artículo de venta, sobre todo fuera de USA; debido a los problemas graves de software que tiene este reloj. Iniciamos con la APP, es muy complicada de configurar y usar, parece que fuera una versión Beta, si vives fuera de USA, no está disponible en ninguna de las apps store (Android o Apple). El reloj solo dispone de tres botones, al momento de la configuración el reloj quedo con la pantalla bloqueada en la información de fábrica (serie, software, versiones, etc), a pesar que se conectaba Bluetooth con el teléfono, la app y los procesos de reinicio que indicaban las instrucciones, no permitía salir del bloqueo de la pantalla de información de fábrica. Se contacto con el área de soporte de CITIZEN en USA y por increíble que parezca la recomendación fue que hiciéramos la devolución del producto, ya que ellos no tenían conocimiento técnico de como desbloquear la pantalla o de este fallo en esta serie de relojes. Cuando fuimos averiguar en internet e inclusive en las reseñas de AMAZON, existen varios casos iguales. Lástima que una marca tan reconocida venda un producto sin terminar y lo peor sin soporte técnico adecuado. Y para terminar el proceso de devolución desde Colombia es muy tardío, a la fecha ( van más de dos semanas desde la entrega del producto en USA) no he recibido el reembolso y eso que lo pedí a la cuenta de Amazon y no a la Tarjeta de Crédito. Es de resaltar que en este proceso el área de soporte de Amazon nos han acompañado siempre y nos pidieron información de los gastos de devolución, para devolvernos el dinero de los gastos incurridos.

Rating 4 stars because the jury is still out. I've had a couple of Amazfit smart watches. I like them because of long battery life which is one of my requirements. I don't like the idea of having to recharge my watch every day. I also don't need it to have built in GPS, all smart phones have GPS, so that is kind of superfluous to me. All I need is Time, Date, Heart Rate, and Steps. Anything else is icing on the cake. The SpO2 seems to run 2-4 % low. So far this watch has worked as advertised. Great styling - unlike my plastic Amazfit - I like the hybrid with the analog timekeeping. I don't use the NASA app, the Citizen Connect app seems to have most of what I like to see and I don't want to trigger connectivity issues like I've read on many reviews. 13 days so far on a charge and it is at 43%. The price was right and I consider it a great value. It would have been great if it had better water resistance. Splash proof is unbecoming of a Citizen watch!

Nice looking watch and the concept is great, but it really could use a lot of work. Number one is the fact that you can't see the watch face in dark environments. The back lighting is horrible. The all around functionality is not there, but citizen is on to something. The band is comfortable and it looks nice on my wrist.

I hate squared smart watches. If you like them, than this is not for you. Stop reading this and move on. If you like quality watches. Good looking. Stylish. This might interest you . It is not a smart watch!!! It’s a citizen watch, with its looks and quality, with a digital back display that gives you notifications and fitness info. THATS IT! No useless apps and stuff. No toy-looking-colors. This is perfect for me. I’ve had so many complements on it. It’s a casual even dress watch that allows me to stay up to date on my essential notifications. I’ve actually stopped looking so much at my phone. Battery is good. Interphase and app is simple and good. Cons: not submersible. I wish I could take this swimming. But it is splash resistant. If you stop using it for a day or so, you need to reconnect and calibrate; it’s a simple process, but I think this could have been avoided with a bit more of technology. The “double-tap-light” is super useful. But it should be more of a back light. I wish I could customize a little bit more the face screens. But all of this cons you can easily live with and easily adapt. Overall it’s a Gera watch. I own 4 citizen eco drive watches, and haven’t used since I got this CZ.

Soy un fan de Citizen. He tenido varios Eco drive y lo considero un buen reloj. Pienso que Citizen está entrando tarde a la era de los Smartwatch y me parece muy interesante el concepto híbrido. De hecho me gusta. Pero deben hacerlo con menos caja y pantalla más grande. Ahora vamos al software. Este Citizen Como Smartwatch no lo puedo recomendar . La aplicación Citizen connect es muy básica y sin muchas opciones y la otra Citizen Smart YouQ no funciona bien. Realmente es un bonito Reloj pero si buscas un Smart a buen precio es mejor comprar un chino de 30 dolares. Le doy 3 por la marca porque soy fanático de ella . E Em cuanto a soft es 2 por la forma en que procesador la información. Es 1 por la información visual y 0 por la conextividad con citizen Smart. Voy a probar con Google fit a ver si recopila mejor datos. Con relación a otros Smart me pareció que entiende mejor la colección de datos durante el sueño pero debes ponerlo manualmente en No molestar porque las vibraciones no paran durante la noche. Y no lo puedes programar por la app Citizen connect.
