After reading all the reviews, it seemed like a coin toss as to whether mine would be damaged or not. Unfortunately I called heads and tails came up. Top right corner was bent and the glass is a bit cracked in the bottom left corner, but not noticeable to care enough. I was able to bend back the top and it's still wonky but decent. Moral of the story - if it was in a physical store there's no way you'd buy it without a 40% discount. But for this price, it feels like there's a bit of a discount so I don't care. But if you desire a guaranteed undamaged product, you may have to buy/exchange before they get it right.

Wall mount fasteners on the back broke off when trying to mount. The mirror ended up shattering when trying to reattach them. Waste of over $100.

Love this mirror. It's sturdy and very beautiful. Height and width is great. Mirror was packaged perfectly. I have honestly never had something packaged so well. There was no damage to the mirror at all.

Unfortunately when I opened the mirror there was a crack by the left corner. It’s not too big, so I am terrified to go through the hassle of returning and then possibly getting a cracked mirror again. However, it is such a beautiful piece!
