I absolutely love the look and functionality of this. It was very easy to put together and looks great in my very small bathroom. It holds the toilet paper as well as several extra mega rolls. It has a ledge on the top that says you can use it for cell phones, however I prefer to use it for wipes. Either way after looking at over 40 this is the one I chose and I am happy with my choice. I had read a review that some of them flipped over when trying to tear the paper. I do not experience that with this particular model. this is the one you should get, I bought two – One for each bathroom. Also, the extra rolls are not on the floor. I like this in theory for all the same reasons everyone else does— space saving, looks presentable in every bathroom, etc. However… 1- the top shelf is too small to fit anything useful. I’d love to use it for tissues or wipes, but no dice. 2- here’s the big one: it’s just plain wobbly. Assembly’s easy and I made sure everything was tightened, and none of the joints are loose or wiggly. It’s just the shape— tall without enough weight on the bottom to stabilize it. I have to say I had doubts when I opened the box. After assembly, though, it feels solid, and is heavy enough to stay planted when removing tissue.
