This pillow arrived quickly, was packaged well, and it's comfortable behind your back and supporting you head and shoulders. The photos show how it fits in different sized office chairs - the the Velcro strips on the straps allow for different size chair backs. I have a herniated disc in my lumbar region, so I only use vibration massage in that area. It has different levels of heat and I found the higher temperature plenty warm. The vibration is not overwhelming, but it's acceptable given how lightweight and portable this pillow is. This is not a shiatsu massager - you need to order a different product if you're looking for that kind of intensity. Pros - the heat and the vibration operate independently - you can use either or both. And, if you turn the heat on, the timer automatically turns on. Super lightweight, and physically comfortable. It has an automatic shutoff, which is good because it says that too much heat can damage the unit. Cons - there's no remote, but there are only 3 buttons on the side (see pic 4), so it's pretty easy to operate as long as the buttons are accessible. It is loud when used on the neck/head area, so plan on pumping up the TV volume if it's in that area, and I turned it off for phone calls. It does not have an On/Off button, but if you turn off the heat and the massage, it's off. That's not necessarily intuitive, but it makes sense. This is a free trial review for me, but it's a keeper. I gave it 4/5 for Comfort because it doesn't have a remote and because it's loud when around the head/neck area. And a 4/5 for Pain Relief because the vibration could be stronger for the back. It would be nice to have a cooling feature too, although that may be too much to ask in this price range. ... show more

I would have given this item 5 stars but after just 4 months, the heater stopped working. I bought this specifically because I have metastatic breast cancer that spread to my spine and the heat made sitting at a desk all day much more comfortable. Sad to say the heat no longer works and I'll have to find a better brand that works longer than 3 months. ... show more

I really enjoyed this pillow since I work from home. The heat feature is really nice when you’re in AC all day and it’s softer than I thought it would be. I purchased one of these for double the price and this is much softer. The vibration massager feature is good for the amount you’re paying for. A must-have if you are working long hrs. at a desk job. The materials are very soft. There are 3 vibration modes with heat. This provides good support to the lumbar area with massage and heat.
