Fits perfectly! It's comfy and I get lots of compliments when I wear it. It is easy maintenance. I wash and dry at home, use a steamer to get out wrinkles. Low maintenance care. The sleeves are relaxed and easy to roll up, and don't wrinkle when you roll back down. I have a navy blazer from the Gap and this one is so similar to it. I was worried about the fit, because I have broad shoulders. However, after reading a lot of the reviews, I got a size small and I’m very glad I did. It fits perfect. It is tailored at the waist and I know some said they couldn’t get the button to button but I got it to button. For me, it is figure flattering.
