I needed a smaller septum ring for work, so I bought this one as an 8mm. The size is great, the gauge is correct, it's cute and small and has just a bit of shimmer. This is my first clicker. It's easy to put in, but impossible to take out. This may just be because my nails are a bit long (see pictures) and I bought the smaller diameter, but I couldn't get it out with my fingers or needlenose pliers. I had to attach a safety pin to it and sort of yank to get the clasp open. Which is fine if you plan on leaving it in for long periods of time, but I change my septum ring frequently. ... show more

It's cute and dainty. I got the 10mm for my septum and overall I love it. Easy to get in and out. Only thing I don't like is that you practically can't see the color. I got the pink opal and it just looks silver unless you look way up close. But it'll do.

Only the front part of the ring is opal the rest is metal. I had a hard time undoing and then clicking it into place when I put it in. It's seamless and comfortable.

So I bought the opal 16 g in 10 mm and then also the neon green one 16 g in 8 mm, I love them both BUT the green one is WAY smaller than the opal, 8 mm is a big difference to 10 mm. 10 mm is the basic size of all septum piercings so I recommend the 10 mm in all sizes. If you have a smaller nose you can always get the 8 mm it just depends on what’s best for your face. ... show more
