Pretty good little mount. Make sure you are not mounting anything large. I’d rate 4 stars but it’s worth buying because it is handy. The problem I had was with the adhesion promoter. It was basically a tack cloth. It doesn’t add any benefit to the overall product in my opinion. I’d recommend putting some JB quick weld on the back of the mount and you’ll be solid. I was able to attach my Icom Ic706 transceiver head unit to the bottom of my Tuffy Overhead Console. I used the two way tape and two self tapping screws to mount it. Very good construction and just the right size for my head unit. I didn't have to drill holes to mount the head unit to the device.
