These shoes are a steal for the price! They are not super high quality or anything, but they are astonishingly comfortable for how cheap they are. Very comfy. Very warm. They fit a bit small, which I expected based on the reviews I read. I have average to skinny calves and they hug my calves perfectly. The soles have the perfect support somehow, I would say the comfort and support is definitely far above the price point. The only drawback is the quality of the upper building, which is very apparent up front and certainly matches the price point. Perfect little fun shoe that you don't have to worry about keeping clean or being careful or anything like that. Would recommend! These boots are very cheaply made, but they're so darn cute I'm keeping them anyway. Love the maroon color (they call it dark red, but they're maroon). I swapped out the shoestrings with paracord. The calves are very tight. I can only use about an inch of the velcro on the top strap, and the tongue is barely wide enough at the top. The other straps are fine. Toe box is fine. I pretty much always wear a 7, which they didn't have, so I got a 7.5. They fit just like a 7. The seams are very poorly sewn. The white stuff sticks out of the seams in several places and sheds like crazy. The zippers are weak and a little tough to use. These were a prime day deal, so worth the discounted price, but I would not have kept them at full price bc of the cheap quality. ... show more

For the price they're surprisingly decent. No trouble getting them to zip over my calf, true to size. The fur inside does shed like crazy (though probably won't forever) because they're cheap, and the toes are turned up slightly, and stiff - feels a little like you're walking up a very slight incline, not sure if that'll wear in or not. Still comfier than your average work shoes though, slipper-comfy. FYI the shoelaces that come with are about 96" long, in case you want to do as I did and buy black laces for them. ... show more

I love these, the various textural details are very nice. Grrrreat dark red color, I've been wanting dark red punky looking boots for a while now and these are great looking. They are completely lined with the furry material, and are warm. Very flat, no arch support or anything like that. I may switch out the laces for something darker, but I'm a big fan of the overall aesthetic. So I ordered the option for a size 10, though the tag inside says 11. I wear 10.5/11 and these are snug, so I would say that 10 is a fair determination for the size. There are three velcro straps that look attractive, and make for more control of the fit. I have larger calves and was concerned that they may not fit, but I was able to adjust them to fit comfortably. My only complaint and reason for 4 stars is that the zipper is extremely hard to move up and down (even without the boots on). I tried un/zipping before trying them on and it's really difficult, moreso with them on. I have to completely undo every strap and loosen the lacing all the way down to get a still time consuming & difficult complete zip. I'm afraid that I'm going to break one of them. ... show more

When I saw these boots I had to get them. They are funky and different....but they have problems. When i first took them out of the box I noticed a lot of the fuzz coming off. When trying them on the zipper is hard to pull up. It's a tight fit around the calf. My calf's are not that big. I would say average size.
