While I primarily wear them for workouts, they're comfortable enough for walking, running errands, or lounging around the house. The high-waisted design and flattering fit make them easy to pair with oversized tees or crop tops. What workouts are these shorts good for? I've worn them for glute days, squats, hip thrusts, lunges, stair climber sessions, and general strength training. They stay in place well and move comfortably with your body during workouts. Are they high-waisted? Yes. The waistband sits comfortably at the waist and provides light tummy support without digging in. It creates a flattering silhouette and stays put throughout my workout. One of the things I like most is that the material feels lightweight and breathable while still being squat-proof. The scrunch detail and contouring help accentuate your shape without feeling overly dramatic. The fabric is soft against the skin and doesn't feel restrictive. The shorts also seem well made. The stitching is clean, the material feels durable, and they've held up well through workouts and washing. I didn't experience any rolling at the waistband or uncomfortable seams. These are cuteeee! Pretty soft fabric with good stretch. Lost one star because I am not super thick thighed but the bottom band around the thigh is TIGHT. Honestly makes everything look good and snatched but not the most comfortable feature.

I wanted some biker shorts for the hotter days here in the south. I ordered my regular size (Medium) and while the top part of them fits very well, the bottom does not. I don't understand why designers can't make the leg holes stretchy enough to fit larger thighs. It is such a pain to pull them up. And they roll when you sit anyway.
