I ordered the size I thought I'd need according to the size chart. My waist is 30. The shorts are huge on me. I suggest ordering your usual size. The fabric is stretchy and thin. When I stretch with my fingers, I can see my fingers through them. I can't speak for whether this would be an issue while squatting, bending, or just wearing because I'm not able to wear them. They do seem well made. I like the shape and appearance. Because the xl is literally falling down, I'll be returning. I am going to look for some with pockets, if I don't find that at an affordable price, I'll be back to order these in the right size, medium. ... show more

I love these shorts, I have bought them 3 times in different colors! I do yoga daily and these are my go-to shorts! They are extremely soft and comfortable. They have enough stretch so you never feel constricted but they are also tight enough to provide a flattering fit. I have large thighs and they never roll up. Occasionally if I am doing more intense yoga they will roll down, but I have yet to find a yoga pant or short that doesn’t……I actually sized down and I love them. Would recommend 100% ... show more
