This elf is a nice quality & cute- especially for the price. The only thing I don't like is the flat feet and it took less than 5 minutes to unstitch the top of the boot and shove some fluff in it. Now it's perfect! We use our elf in a playful way (no reporting to Santa about behavior or creepy watching them) so we wanted an option that didn't come with the book and wasn't crazy expensive. I'm excited to start the fun. Shipping was fast and arrived a day early! Definitely recommend.

We got Snowflake and my son has so much fun finding him every day! The price was amazing and the little hands has Velcro which makes it easy to hang home from places or hold this!!

I have an original Elf on the Shelf and just got this Elf Behaving Badly. It was much less money. Some good features are that it has beans in its bottom to weigh it down, it has hands that have velcro and can detach so that you can have it hold something or wrap around something, and it hat is not removable. The original is very flimsy, difficult to position and keep stable, its hands are attached and cannot come apart, and its hat constantly falls off. So this one is so worth the money! The only complaint I have is that the shoes are just felt and look awkward, flimsy, and seem to alway bend in the wrong direction.

This was the first year that we got an Elf on the Shelf for the holiday season. I know he is not an "official" one, but just as cute and mischievous nonetheless. My kids loved it. I did the easiest adventures I could find online and it was a great tradition for us to see what "Philip" was up to each day. He made a cup of "T", paraglided from our ceiling fan, cooled off in our freezer, and made himself a ball pit to name a few. This was great value for the money.
