Just make sure you get the right measurements for the curtains because mine were just a tad too short, causing me to lap the curtains due to them not having to much play (from length). The color is perfect but the description says heavy fabric. That isn’t true. It isn’t as heavy as the curtains I have up. I bought these to use on our camper windows. When traveling we sometimes need to stop for the night under the bright lights of a Walmart parking lot. We needed something that would block that light and help to insulate from the cold. After we hung the curtains we waited until dark and shone a bright light towards the windows. Definitely not a blackout but better than with what we had. To be fair we chose a beige curtain. The description does say better results with dark colors. Well duh!! I guess in January when we hit the road for the southern states, we will have a better idea of how well they really work. ... show more

I will start by saying all the parts for this project came from Amazon this includes the mounting bracket, curtain rod, black out curtins, and curtin ties. The curtains will black out all of the light from the parking lot at night and dim the light in the room to be able to nap during the day. Our windows are pretty wide so I got a bigger size to cover the whole area. When I tell you out living room is PITCH BLACK when they are closed… It’s exactly what we wanted but definitely a warning to anyone hoping a little bit of light will shine through.
