I am 5'4" 125 and purchased a Medium. Hope this helps! I'm coming back for another one, you can see by the batwing on my arm as to weather you think it will belt well or you'd need to size up to get a full arm. I am leaving it loose and unbuttoning the kegs a bit so it doesn't feel too overwhelming. Love it! Great to run errands, pair with a heel or wear as a cover up. If you are on the fence, do it!

This dress seemed nice enough. I liked the oversized fit. But the shoulder seams are dropped almost to the elbows, making it super wide with lots of extra fabric that bunches near the bust because it is not darted on the sides. For us busty gals this results in a lot of visual width in the upper body when it is belted.
