I bought two of these hats and I love them. I got the peach and the ocean blue, and they're both pretty true to color in the photos. They are super comfortable, light-weight, and fit pretty well. The little string on the inside that you can use to cinch it a bit doesn't do much for me because of the shape of my head, and it just bunches it up in a weird way. It's also just a satin-type ribbon, so when I washed the hat, it came out. Speaking of washing - these wash up great! It stays on pretty well if you're just walking/hiking or sitting outside etc. I wear mine when we take the convertible out and I do have to either scoot down in the seat or hold onto it a bit so the wind won't blow it off at higher speeds (we have a '79 Beetle, so it's not like we can really go too fast LOL) I am actually thinking of getting a few more in black, white, and gray. ... show more

Rare find! A cotton bucket hat with a wider brim, 4 vent holes, and in BROWN. The bucket part of this hat is high/deep, which is great for larger melons. If I pull it on all the way the band is over my eyes. So for smaller noggins like mine, there is a ribbon inside to cinch in to perfect size. The extra height then mushrooms out, peaks up, or slouches over, depending on what I want to do with it. The fabric has enough body to keep the shape I make. My husband and I searched high and low to find a linen-like bucket hat to protect his face as much as possible because he loves to seek out the sun. I'm much more likely to wear long sleeves and slather on the sunscreen but him, not so much. To my amazement, not only did he wear this hat but he'll do it without my prompting him, which is always a win for me! I bought this initially to shade the summer sun on a trip through three countries. I thought the beige color would go with everything. Great fit, looks cute, easily packed or stuffed in a tote as the case may be. I had to use it a few times for rain as my raincoat hood is not sturdy enough to stay in place.
