The tubes seem to be of exceptional quality. The measurement was what my podiatrist recommended but was much too wide. I was very thankful they take back returns even if bag is open. In fact, they actually state on the bag that you should open and try on to verify how it fits. I've been using this product for a very long time to treat some persistent issues I've got with pinky toes. They are comfortable, easy to use, and highly effective. First time I ordered it, I'd done all the measuring and was confident that I was ordering the correct size. When they arrived, though, they looked enormous! There's a label on the bag insisting that you try it on before assuming it's the wrong size and they're not joking. It fit like a glove despite the fact that it looked comically oversized like a hat that Turd Ferguson would wear on Celebrity SNL. So I'm on my 9th or 10th order (20th? who's counting...all I know is my toes are a mess and these things help them feel better so I've used a bunch) and one of the tubes is the wrong size.
