This thing is so comfortable; I fall asleep in five minutes.. literally. I have never fallen asleep on anything so fast. Naps are great on the chill sack. I can nap for 20 minutes and wake up and not remember what day it is. It's wonderful. I have it in one of the corners in my living room and exclusively use it for naps. My dog also loves it. We both fit on it and it just makes naps better. I'm 5/9" and my dog is 50 pounds.. so this thing is a pretty decent size. Definitely worth the money. I ordered two of these for our den and they arrived quickly and are very comfy! Honestly, we had to move one of them because they really do take up a lot of space, which is no biggie because my son was happy to have it in his room. I feel I should warn buyers that these chairs ship extremely compressed, to save space, so they are under a lot of pressure. When I opened the first polyester bag to remove the bean bag inside, the plastic that encases the bean bag was caught in the zipper. As you can imagine, I was unable to get the zipper loose, so I ended up having to cut the bag open. There was absolutely no give as the chair just wanted to burst out of the bag. I had to be very careful not to cut the chair or the liner with the scissors but had no other way to get the chair out. Thankfully, I got it out and was enjoying it within a few minutes. Just a word of caution. Also, the zipper on the outside liner broke within two days, hence the 4 stars versus 5. I managed to rig it so it still works, but for this price, the zipper should have held up. ... show more

Great product and great customer service from the company. We followed the instructions and It took about 5 days for the bean bag to fill up completely. It wasn't as tall as I was expecting it to be initially so I emailed the company and they sent me more foam right away. Now it's fully filled and very comfortable. The person I emailed was very friendly and responsive. The outer cover and inner liner are really good quality. The foam is very comfortable (mine didn't smell at all). Overall great product. 8/15/2020. Don’t buy this product. It has no support. When you sit on it, you go straight to the ground it’s like the bag is not even there. And yes, I waited a freaking month, fluffed the hell out of it and still it has no support whatsoever. If you thought about buying this product for playing video games, unless you mount the television on the ceiling it’s useless. When I was researching this product I saw a video of it from the company and they showed this woman jumping on top of the bag, if you did that you will break your neck. The woman must’ve weighed 50 pounds because that’s impossible. Unfortunately I drag my feet too long with the bag and went outside of Amazon’s return window. So I don’t know what I’m gonna do with this thing now. Option one is to just throw it in the garbage. Option two, which is gonna cost me more money, is to remove all the foam and put proper beads inside of it which is probably gonna cost more than the price of the original bag. I cannot fully express, in writing, how disgusted I am with this product. 8/16/2020. I looked back at the pictures on Amazon, it looks NOTHING like the photos. Not even close. They show someone sitting on a very firm bean bag but it comes looking like a flat turd. 8/17/2020. Just did the math. It’s going to cost me over $1000 to replace the foam with proper bean bag fill. This thing is a beast! In a good way. I put it in our 10x10 loft. I bought an extra bag of foam, too. Edited to say, don't put in the extra bag until the first one fully expands. I bought the 5 ft. Chill Sack and it is Awesome!! I read all the reviews and felt like it was a gamble because of the folks posting negative reviews stating that they needed to buy additional filling. These are perfect for the kids to use while we watch movies or they play games. Zippered cover can be removed easy for washing. Giving it 4 stars though because the bags are a bit heavy and we have to roll them around and fluff them each day or the foam will crush down and become uncomfortable. The micro fiber is nice but kids had a band aid that came off and stuck to the cover and it was super difficult to get it off the cover. Other than that kids sit in them for hours and hours and love them. From time to time these need to be rolled around to fluff them again and the zipper failed. I filled out a online form through Amazon to contact Chill Sack and got no response. I found the company website and contacted them by phone directly and was given the run around which basically meant because I didn't buy the extra support I am on my own. For some reason I think that a product that costs this much should last a bit longer than 4 months with normal use. So basically I need to repair the chair myself, ordered a snap kit and will put snaps on the chair and see how that works. If it doesn't I guess at least one of these bit the dust after a couple months. If so will look for a cheaper alternative for the kids to watch TV and play games while lounging.
