I love the look of this bedroom set for my daughter’s room. One of the dressers arrived damaged but customer service was super helpful and replaced the damaged piece. The material is heavy and assembly wasn’t too difficult but I gave 3 stars because some of the screw holes didn’t line up for the top of the dressers. The drawer slides are also ball slides and not very smooth, this set would easily be 5 stars with a little more quality control and smoother drawer slides. They’re still functional as they come, but for the price I would expect better quality drawer slides as the additional cost and time to swap them out is a detractor for me

The large dresser was missing the sliders so the drawers couldn’t be inserted and ball bearings had fallen out of nearly every section making it almost impossible to assemble. Many pieces had scratches and intentions as well. Pretty furniture but extremely disappointed in the quality and the product itself for the price.

The items in their boxes arrived with scuff marks, chips, cracked wood, yellow marks, and just over all a sloppy paint job. There were two manufacture mistakes. One being that for the short dresser the metal runners/sliders were installed crooked making the top drawer unable to close once assembled. We had to unscrew their work and re screw different holes to make it shut properly. Our second issue we ran into was a piece of wood they had screwed / glued on for the tall dresser was placed in the wrong spot so when we got to putting the top of the dresser on it was crooked and not laying properly. Therefore, we had to unscrew the piece of wood and knock it out with a hammer and replace it into the proper place to make the top align properly. Over all upset that we spent so much for something that appeared used. If I wanted used product I would have bought cheap through Facebook marketplace….

Unfortunately we received this set and the taller of the two dressers were badly damaged and we now have to wait to replace it. However, it did not take long to receive, and the rest of the pieces were received well. I will say my husband had many issues with setting up the drawers with the balls in the sliders. They tend to stick or don’t open without struggle.
