I purchased three of these backpacks for a family vacation. One of the bags wasn’t useable for half of our trip because the shoulder strap torn half way through the lining. It’s just outside the return policy so I can’t send it back.

I love my travel backpack so much I'm getting one for my folks for Christmas. It smushes down into its own little travel sack (complete with a 'biner if you want to hook it on something) and takes up next to no space in my suitcase. I use it for a day pack when I'm travelling with limited baggage. It's got two good-sized drink pockets (my 24-oz. water bottle is pretty substantial), a separate slit pocket inside and the small exterior zip pocket (the one it stuffs into) so you don't lose little things.
