I bought this product out of desperation. My hands are so wracked with arthritis that I can barely hold a fork to shred chicken - but this gizmo works perfectly. I had to use a brush to get between the shredding spikes, but it cleaned easily and made very short work of the shredding of both chicken and even for pulled pork. Highly recommend!

I've used for pork & chicken so far. Works well for a small quantity. I wouldn't want to use this for a huge batch, it would be time-consuming.

This kitchen gadget makes making shredded chicken a snap! Extremely easy to use easy to clean and really does shred the chicken very nicely for tacos for salads, or whatever your recipe you’re making calls for shredded chicken. if you pan fry your chicken breast and it gets a crunchy outer layer sometimes you have to open it up rearrange the chicken and re-shred it, but if you bake or broil or don’t over fry it shreds it super easy! Glad I purchased this, saves a lot of money from having to buy shredded chicken from the store, You can do it at home!

I've bought so many gadgets to make shredding meat easier. To the point where I'm banned from buying gadgets and received a disapproving stare when this one showed up. However, I asked my partner to try it, he grudgingly agreed (since I promised I would immediately get rid of it if he hated it), and he loves it! We use it for shredding chicken and pork - it works great. You put the meat in and do the back and forth and end up with shredded food. It does exactly as advertised. The clean up is so easy - it goes into the top rack of the dishwasher without any issues.

I was skeptical that this little plastic device could hold up to shredding cooked meats, but, oh was I wrong!! This thing works! I’ve had it for quite some time (I never review an item until I’ve had it and used it for a good amount of time) and it has lived up to the reviews. It is sooooo easy to use and to clean. This is amazing. Shreds chicken in seconds - I've used forks, claws, etc. and this thing is SO MUCH BETTER. Used it on a pork shoulder as well - again, worked amazing. We're going to buy several of these and give them as Christmas presents next year for those hard-to-buy-for people.
